VOLUNTARY emergency couriers White Knights showed off the latest addition to their fleet on Saturday.
The Knights, who ferry blood and other medical supplies between NHS sites, exhibited ‘Charlie’ a 650cc Honda Deauville outside Huddersfield library.
It is hoped the ex-police bike, which is lighter than the fleet’s usual 1,100cc cycles and eight-years-old, will attract female riders.
Charity White Knights operates across Yorkshire outside office hours.
The cause was boosted by the Cummins Unusual Vehicles Day which raised £1082.
A collection outside the town’s library raised £133.20 for them.
