Toploader confirmed as first act on the bill

September 4 to 5, Town Hall Square, Rochdale

Rochdale town centre will be bustling when stage lights come on at this free music and food festival.

First act announced for the main stage is alternative rockers Toploader, whose cover song Dancing in the Moonlight, has stuck in the minds of many since it was released in 2000.
