Fire crews were called to a house fire in Thornhill this afternoon.
The fire broke out in the bedroom of the property at Maynes Close at around 2pm.
Fire crews from Dewsbury and Ossett wearing breathing apparatus tackled the blaze with hose reels and one large jet.
No-one was injured. An investigation will be carried out to determine the cause of the fire.
