Former Huddersfield Giants star Keith Mason has won his legal battle against the club for unfair dismissal.

Mason, who now plays for Castleford Tigers, claimed he was wrongfully dismissed by the Giants in a row over a cheeky photo placed on his phone and then on his Twitter account.

But the judge at Leeds Crown Court said it was clear the club had wanted to get rid of Mason and also that there was nothing to suggest people who viewed Mason's Twitter account would think it was linked to the club.

The judge said he had "no difficulty" in finding for the claimant.
