Candidates from more unusual parties are standing for election in Calderdale’s Westminster constituency seats.
The Calder Valley and Halifax wards both see seven candidates go head-to-head in the 2015 general election, with polling day on May 7.
Calderdale’s general election count takes place on Thursday 7 May at North Bridge Leisure Centre in Halifax after polling stations close a 10pm.
The local election count will be the following afternoon, on Friday May 8.
