AN evening of Mother's Day gift sales is helping to raise money for the tsunami appeal.

The Sycamore Inn, on New Mill Road, Holmfirth has organised the event for tomorrow.

Landlord and landlady Sue and Phil Craner say the evening will be an ideal opportunity for people to buy Mother's Day presents.

Karen Elsy will have a display of Taurus bags and purses and fashion and silver jewellery.

Linda Williams will have a creative nails display and Josephine Weir will be selling Virgin Vie cosmetics.

Goods will be available to take away on the night and there will also be a raffle with prizes.
