A GIRL of 14 was arrested after a fire at a children's home.
She was arrested early this morning after the blaze wrecked a bedroom at the home in Market Street, Paddock, at 6.30pm yesterday.
People in the home were quickly alerted to the blaze by the building's fire detection system.
The home was evacuated and no-one was hurt.
The girl was due to be questioned at Huddersfield police station today.
