A WOMEN'S group fears it will have to fold unless more volunteers come forward.
At least two more executive members are needed to help run Kirklees Women's Equality Network.
A special meeting at Huddersfield Town Hall next month will decide the group's fate.
The committee was formed to advance the cause of women in Kirklees and organise International Women's Day events.
Outgoing chairwoman Sally Jones said: "Several members of the executive committee have recently resigned.
"There are now only four executive members and our constitution says we need at least six."
The crisis meeting about the group's future is on Thursday, September 23, starting at 6pm.
Ms Jones said it was make-or-break time.
"We're asking that people who have skills to share and some time to share should seriously consider standing for election."
