Can I go to the meeting?
Some 535 tickets were available but have all been taken. Last week we reported some seats may be empty but cannot be refilled for health and safety reasons.
Where is the meeting?
The meeting takes place at the John Smiths Stadium, Stadium Way, Huddersfield, HD1 6PG. If you are attending the meeting and are driving, location and parking information is available here.
What time is it?
The meeting starts at 6.30pm and finishes at 8.30pm.

What's it all about?
The meeting is being held to discuss the proposed changes to local hospital and community health services across Calderdale and Greater Huddersfield.
It will be independently chaired and the question and answer session takes place after a short presentation.
A hospital spokesperson said: "After review of a number of venues against criteria such as availability, accessibility and health and safety considerations, we believe this is the most suitable venue which also has disabled access and sufficient parking."
