THERE'S nothing happy about nappies if you have to buy them for baby every week.

But all that has changed for Meltham mum Sally Thomasson - she has just won a free year's supply.

Sally, who has a nine-month-old daughter Jessica, won vouchers for the nappies in a competition at the Meltham branch of the Yorkshire Building Society.

She had gone in to ask about the society's Child Trust Fund account.

Sally said: "The money we spend on baby essentials every week really mounts up, so when I saw the competition at the building society I didn't hesitate to enter."

Sally and Jessica collected their prize from Boots on King Street.

They were among 10 winners drawn from entries at the YBS's 131 branches in the UK.
