PLACES are available for disabled people to go on a subsidised trip to Belgium.

The four-night holiday has been organised by Huddersfield Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Money raised by the Pennine Tractor Road Run - held each year in Shepley - has paid for a specially-adapted coach for the holidaymakers.

Last June more than 100 tractors took to the roads round Shepley, Stocksmoor, Farnley Tyas and Honley for the event.

Eighteen member of Huddersfield MS Society have already booked to go on the holiday - but there are 10 places yet to fill.

Organisers have urged disabled people and their carers to come forward to fill the last few places.

The holiday is from Monday, May 15, to Friday, May 19.

Two nights are spent on the Hull to Zeebrugge ferry and two nights are at The Holiday Inn in Ostend.

Trips are being arranged to Brussels and bulbfields.

The subsidised cost is £230 per person.

Anyone interested should phone Damian Walmsley, of the Huddersfield MS Society, on 01924 498765.
