A WALKING group has raised £200 towards an appeal for equipment at Dewsbury District Hospital. The North Kirklees group of the Ramblers’ Association raised the money with a sponsored treasure hunt at Birstall. Thirty ramblers covered three miles trying to find the answers to 36 clues. The money raised will go towards an appeal to buy a £6,000 bladder scanner for Ward 1.
