GIANTS star Luke Robinson was guest of honour at a charity fun day.
The open day at Nightingales Day Nursery in Oakes raised cash for The Forget Me Not Trust and Salendine Nook Pre-School.
Revellers enjoyed refreshments and party games including tombola, face painting, a raffle and a bouncy castle.
The day was organised by Huddersfield University student Emily Travers with help from child care students.
Nursery manager Michelle Solkolowski said: “We’ve done really well, we haven’t stopped all day.
“We’ve had a lot of interest from parents as we’re going to be open seven-days-a-week, the only nursery in Huddersfield to do so.”
