A MAN has appeared in court accused of attacking his ex and threatening to kill her.
Duncan Geddes, of New North Road, Huddersfield, was before magistrates yesterday.
The 40-year-old faces charges of making threats to kill, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, intimidating a witness and breaching a non-molestation order.
The alleged victim is Geddes’ ex-partner Tina Butler.
Geddes gave no indication as to what his plea will be. Magistrates said he will stand trial at Leeds Crown Court.
He will first appear back before the Huddersfield court on November 22. He was remanded in custody.
