A MAN has appeared before Kirklees magistrates accused of breaching his anti-social behaviour order.

Lexus Wakefield was before the court just a week after admitting another breach.

Wakefield, of Richmond Flats, Huddersfield, admitted breaching the order made on February 3.

He did this by entering Malaikas Grill Bar at Cross Church Street.

The 28-year-old was in the Huddersfield court days previously after being found in St George’s Square.

Magistrates were told that Wakefield is due before the court on May 2 for other matters.

They agreed to adjourn the case so that they can all be dealt with together.
