HUDDERSFIELD is on TV again - this time in a TV advert for McDonald's.

The chain filmed their latest commercial at the end of September in town, Marsh and Fartown.

Read our story about the filming here.

The commercial, which begins at the railway bridge at Viaduct Street, sees a man walking through Huddersfield singing 'On The Street Where You Live'.

The central character of the ad continues to sing the song, from My Fair Lady, as he walks around town.

But, as millions of viewers if they're not from Huddersfield will never know, the ad jumps around the town centre centre and surrounding areas.

It means the burger-seeking star ends up in an alley with a street market, walking on a zebra crossing which doesn't exist and strolling past a launderette which never was.

Plus, as the character makes his way to the McDonald's on the corner of John William Street and Kirkgate he even walks past a newspaper vendor selling the Daily News, not the Examiner, with a bill reading 'Our Town Wins Award'.

Watch the advert above and let us know what you make of it - plus which bits are out of order or places and sights which exist only in the commercial and not in the real Huddersfield.
