MEMBERS of Huddersfield Pennine Probus Club have welcomed a new president.
The role was officially handed to John Franklin at the group’s annual general meeting at Oakes Baptist Church.
John, a retired manager for Associated Mills, is married and lives at Clifton in Brighouse.
Retiring from his position as president was Mervyn Mills.
The other committee officers were re-elected.
