POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a robbery.
It happened at 1pm last Friday when the occupant of a dark-coloured Seat Leon approached a 21-year-old man in a black Peugeot and attacked him.
The incident happened at the junction of Beck Lane and Market Street in Heckmondwike.
The victim managed to run away along Kaye Street and was followed for a time by a second man from the Seat.
The victim’s car was then driven away by the suspects who are described as Asian, in their twenties, of slim build and with short dark hair.
