A MAN was taken to hospital after he was involved in a road accident at Ainley Top.
The man was driving a red Toyota Corolla westbound along the M62 motorway.
The accident happened shortly after he turned on to the Junction 24 slip road leading to Ainley Top.
The Toyota left the road.
The man suffered minor injuries and was taken to Huddersfield Royal Infirmary.
Officers from West Yorkshire Police motorway unit are appealing for anyone who witnessed the accident to contact them on 0845 6060606.
