A BAKERY is determined to fly the flag for England this summer.
All 18 Hadfields stores are to be decked out in the St George flag as staff hope David Beckham and his team put the icing on the cake in Portugal.
Director Marcus Hodge believes it is vital everyone gets behind the team in any way possible.
He added: "We wanted to do something special to mark the tournament.
"There is a great feeling in the town, with the Giants and Huddersfield Town doing so well.
"I hope we can keep that enthusiasm going into Euro 2004.
"I think if we beat France we will go all the way to the final," he added.
Milnsbridge-based Hadfields are also producing a range of England-decorated buns and gingerbread players, as well as putting the cross of St George on the front of all their vehicles.
