A VINDICTIVE loner who murdered a Ravensthorpe haulier and knifed two others was being sentenced today. Gavin Hogg, 34 was found guilty of murdering David Burrows, 36, by a jury at Leeds Crown Court on Tuesday. He was also found guilty of wounding Mr Burows' father Darrell, 62, and uncle, Clive Hoyland, 52. They were hurt as they rushed to his aid following a knife attack last September at M&B Haulage and Waste Paper, on the Low Mills trading estate. The stabbing was the culmination of a bitter row over litter and land rights which had rumbled on since 2001 between M&B Haulage and Hogg's GL Motors, sited next door.
