A report providing an update and seeking approval on changes to Energy Company Obligation (ECO) funding for energy efficiency measures for private sector households and the resulting implications for the Kirklees Energy Saver (KES) schemes 1 and 2.

In the public session Cabinet members approved the Kirklees Family and friends (Connected Persons) Policy.
