A PLANNING inquiry into a green belt housing row takes place this summer.
Kirklees Council yesterday announced the special probe into two homes at Lees House Farm at Leeds Road in Dewsbury.
The council has accused Norman Hargreaves of unauthorised erection of the two homes on green belt land.
Kirklees ordered him to pull down the buildings on January 31, but Mr Hargreaves appealed.
A hearing will take place from 10am on Tuesday July 12 at Dewsbury Town Hall.
