Hundreds of Kurdish people are expected at a rally in Huddersfield tomorrow.

They are expected to travel into town from across the north for a rally starting at 1pm in St George’s Square.

All are opposing the genocidal war which is being waged by ISIS in the Middle East.

The event will also be covered by a Kurdish TV channel and broadcast to Kurdistan to show the huge support that there is locally for the struggle against the ISIS Caliphate.

There was a protest earlier this year, which is pictured below.

Kurdish activists Hiwa Hama Salem said: “The Kurds are not just fighting for Kurdistan but because ISIS are against all humanity we are fighting to defend the whole of humanity including the people of the west”.
