LEGENDARY dance DJ Dave Pearce is heading for Huddersfield.
Dave, who presents Dance Anthems on BBC's Radio 1 each Sunday, is visiting the Ethos/Visage club complex at Folly Hall tomorrow to help Huddersfield revellers launch their bank holiday weekend.
He started his career at 16, playing hip hop on his own pirate radio station.
But he is best-known for his work with Radio 1 and for his club DJ sets, playing trance and hard dance.
He also created one of the UK's most successful dance labels, NuLife, and has hosted Ibiza's most popular club nights for the last six years.
The Huddersfield event will be called Anthology and is being done in conjunction with Loved Up, one of Britain's biggest retro club events.
Dave's DJ set will feature club classics from the last 10 years, including Allison Limerick's Where Love Lives and Rhythm Is A Mystery from K-Klass.
Ethos/Visage will be transformed to give a 1990s-style club atmosphere, complete with dancers.
Dave will be supported by another well-known DJ, Danny Kavanagh.
The event runs from 11pm to 4am.
