A MAN has denied charges of violence and receiving stolen goods.
Connor Mulvey, of Devonshire Street, Lockwood, appeared before Huddersfield magistrates via a prison video link.
The 22-year-old faces charges of assault causing actual bodily harm, using or threatening unlawful violence and possession of a knife in a public place. The alleged offences were in Huddersfield on June 18.
Mulvey is also accused of three counts of receiving stolen goods–- an Apple Mac laptop and two Garmin Sat Navs.
These were alleged to have been taken in Dewsbury on August 12 and September 4.
Mulvey denies the six charges.
He has accepted a further offence of failing to surrender to a police station while on bail.
Magistrates committed Mulvey’s case to Bradford Crown Court for trial.
He was remanded in custody and will again appear via a video link on November 17.
