Kids, you’ve won us over!

With their winning smiles and twinkling eyes, it’s no wonder this little lot captured your hearts.

Today we are showcasing the winners of the Huddersfield Examiner Baby of the year 2014 competition – and it was the boys all the way for all four category winners were young boys.

The overall winner – and top in the 0-9 months category – was Ryley Masih.

Delighted parents Loren liburd and Isaac Masih, of Marsh, were left beaming with joy about the votes for 10-month-old Ryley.

Mum Loren said: “He’s a really great kid and very bubbly.

“He’s started crawling and he’s getting into everything but he wins you over with his very cheeky smile. It’s great news and I’d like to thank all those who voted for Ryley, especially his family on both sides”.

Ryley’s proud mum will now receive the honorary prize and the title of overall baby of the Year 2014, receiving a stunning 20ins x 16ins canvas print from ABC Photography in addition to a special trophy for a year.

The winners of the other categories will receive a 10ins x 12ins canvas print.

Cheeky chappy Theo Khalil was entered by mum Jodie Tinker, of Honley. Theo is now 15-months-old and won the 10 to 18 months category.

All in red little Dylan Athwal won us over in the 19 to 36 month category with his infectious grin, having been entered by mum Rajbir Kaur, of Fenay Bridge.

And last but not least was four-year-old Evan Rimicans, of Leeds Road, Huddersfield, who came out top trumps in the 3-5 years category.

It meant a double for the family as Evan’s mum Jolene won the Baby of the Year title in 1985, when she was just five months old.
