MAGISTRATES ordered the arrest of a man after he failed to turn up for court.
Ian Sartain, of Leeds Road in Bradley Mills, was due to appear before Huddersfield magistrates yesterday.
The 27-year-old is charged with driving whilst disqualified.
The alleged offence took place on Hall Cross Grove, Lowerhouses, on July 24.
His hearing was to take place yesterday, However Sartain did not attend.
Magistrates agreed to issue a warrant without bail for his arrest.
