A MAN was arrested in Huddersfield early today in connection with a shooting incident in Hillhouse.
The 25-year-old man was held in the early hours on suspicion of possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life.
Police are investigating allegations that a number of shots were fired on Tuesday afternoon in Whitestone Lane, at the junction with Bradford Road and close to the Waggon and Horses pub.
Police inquiries are continuing.
