A man has been arrested in connection with an alleged hate crime in Huddersfield.
Police were called following reports that two blind people were verbally abused in the Market Street branch of Sainsbury’s supermarket in Huddersfield on Sunday November 2 at 4.30pm.
Officers investigating the incident have today confirmed a 35-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of committing a public order offence and has been released on police bail.
