A MAN banned from entering the town centre was hauled before magistrates after breaching the order.

Lexus Wakefield, of Richmond Flats, was before Kirklees magistrates yesterday.

He admitted breaching the anti-social order imposed by the court on February 3.

The order banned Wakefield from Huddersfield Railway station, Huddersfield Bus Station and the town centre.

It was implemented after he engaged in persistent threatening behaviour over a six-month period in the town.

The 28-year-old breached the order when he was found in St George’s Square on April 11.

Magistrates were told that Wakefield is due before the court on May 2 for another matter.

They agreed to adjourn the case so that these could be together.
