ANOTHER man is due in court today charged in connection with the Michael Hanley murder investigation.
The 21-year-old from Huddersfield has been charged with conspiracy to pervert the course of justice and was due before Huddersfield magistrates today.
Mr Hanley, 23, of Harehills, Leeds, died when he was shot in the stomach outside Sheridan's Bar in Ravensthorpe on December 27.
On Monday Shane Thomas, 23, of Longroyd Bridge, was remanded in custody accused of witness intimidation.
Last Thursday 18-year-old Darren Foley, of Dalton, appeared before magistrates in Dewsbury charged with Mr Hanley's murder.
He was remanded in custody to appear at Leeds Crown Court tomorrow.
