It’s not the first time that there have been violent incidents inside and outside the club which is famed for its urban music.

Last year a man was robbed at knifepoint there and had gold jewellery stolen from him when he was attacked shortly after 5am on Sunday, November 15.

And on February 23 there was a violent incident outside the club when two men began brawling, one of them armed with a table leg and the other brandishing a lock knife.

A spokeswoman for Kewz Bar declined to comment on Sunday’s incident.
