A DISPUTE between neighbours turned to violence last night leaving a man with three stab wounds in his back.
Dean Spencer, of Balmfield, Liversedge, was stabbed yesterday evening.
A neighbour, who asked not to be named, said: "I saw the wounds on his back and they were big. I did not actually see Dean being stabbed but I was there soon afterwards.
"There have been arguments for quite a while now but nothing like this. I cannot believe it has happened."
Mr Spencer was bound over to keep the peace by Dewsbury magistrates last November after another row with a neighbour became violent.
A man was arrested at the scene and is helping police with their inquiries.
It is not known the extent of Mr Spencer's injuries.
