A 48-YEAR-OLD man will appear in court accused of defecating on a pavement several times.
The man, who has not been named, has been charged with public nuisance.
He will appear before Dewsbury Magistrates next Friday.
It is alleged he regularly stopped off on a journey between Birkenshaw and Brighouse along Snelsins Road in Cleckheaton.
The road is close to junction 26 of the M62 at Chain Bar.
It is alleged he had been defecating on the pavement during the hours of darkness several times over the last few months.
The charge comes as a result of co-operation between the Kirklees Anti-Social Behaviour Unit, Kirklees Council Environment Services Department and Spenborough Neighbourhood Policing Team.
