May's General Election is creeping closer — so we asked Huddersfield what it wanted from its politicians.

Almost 1,000 people completed the Examiner's My Manifesto survey, giving us their views on local and national issues and telling us what they wanted for our town.

A total of 959 people answered our questions on the NHS, education, immigration, crime, taxation and more — resulting in six key priorities (below) as well as wider knowledge of Hdudersfield's views on the NHS, the economy and more.
