TWINS Barry and Steven Nicholson faced each other in the finals of a bowling competition.
The Meltham twins entered the Yorkshire and Humberside Special Olympics Indoor Bowls Singles Championships on Sunday.
Barry won the gold medal and Steven took home the silver title.
To achieve this they had to play three games each in a round robin stage.
Steven bowled consistently well in all of his games beating three opponents including Michael Garton, of Scarborough, last year’s champion, 9-2.
Barry won two out of three to win his place in the final against Steven and this time he came out on top beating Steven 10-2.
