A WOMAN who died when her car came off an isolated moorland road outside Huddersfield has been named.
Angela Robinson, who was 52, was in her Toyota Corolla car when it left the A6024 Holme Moss Road at Heyden Moor, south of Holme Moss, on the evening of Saturday, April 10.
The car caught fire as it fell down a steep, wooded embankment.
Firefighters from Meltham, Huddersfield and Holmfirth were called but were unable to save her.
The family of Mrs Robinson, of Westgate in Meltham, are said to be too upset to talk about what happened.
The incident, on the border between West Yorkshire and Derbyshire, is being dealt with by Derbyshire Police.
