HUDDERSFIELD firms will be among those showcasing their goods and services at a trade show in the town.
The Lockwood-based Mid Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce has joined forces with the Federation of Small Business for the first time to stage the event tomorrow at the Cedar Court Hotel, Ainley Top.
The free-to-enter event, Chamber-FSB Trade Show 2012, runs from 4pm to 8pm and will feature more than 50 exhibitors from across Kirklees, Wakefield and Calderdale.
There will also be networking opportunities and speakers on a variety of business topics.
Steven Leigh, chamber head of policy and representation, said: “We are very pleased to join forces with the FSB in our region to co-host this trade show.
“Both our organisations work very hard to benefit our respective members – as well as the much wider regional business community.
“The show will provide a great opportunity for local businesses to introduce their goods and services to a wider audience and this can only be good for business and the economic prosperity of our region.”
