POLICE have issued a photograph of a man they wish to question about a murder.
West Yorkshire officers took the unusual step of releasing this picture of 23-year-old Iraqi man Dana Abdul Qadir Abdullah.
Officers want to speak to him about the murder of 27-year-old Mohammed Abdul Basier who died from a single stab wound to his chest in the early hours of Sunday February 22.
Mohammed was attacked while walking to a taxi rank after spending the night with friends at the West End Bar at Lumb Lane in Bradford.
Mr Abdullah's last known address was in the Barkerend area of Bradford.
Det Supt John Parkinson, who is leading the investigation, said: "We need to trace this man as a matter of urgency.
"We have put out alerts to all ports of exit from this country and to all police forces nationally.
He warned: "Do not challenge him. He is believed to be dangerous and should not be approached by anyone other than the police."
He added: "We know there are Iraqi national communities in some of the towns and cities in the north and it may be likely he could visit these places.
"Anyone who assists this man in evading the police faces being arrested."
