YOUNG musicians are combining to show off their talent at Huddersfield Town Hall.

The concert on Thursday, April 6, will feature musicians from Holme Valley Music Centre and Batley Music Centre.

More than 300 students will give performances in a concert starting at 7pm.

Both music centres have been rehearsing for the concert since January.

David Robinson, the leader of the Batley centre, said: "It promises to be a really memorable occasion."

The Deputy Mayor of Kirklees, Clr Donald Firth, will be present.

Tickets are £6 for balcony and £5 area and gallery (concessions £4).

They are available from David Robinson, Kirklees Music School, 9 Beast Market, Huddersfield (phone 01484 426426).

They are also on sale at both music centres and on the door.
