DEWSBURY MP Shahid Malik told Prime Minister Tony Blair of the shock and numbness within his community over the terror bombers.

Mr Malik (right) was one of four Muslim MPs who met the PM at Number 10 yesterday for just over 30 minutes of talks. Mr Malik, whose constituency contains two of the properties raided, said:

"The monsters who carried out this atrocity can't have any faith."

Mr Malik next spoke in a Commons debate, saying: "Condemnation is not enough and British Muslims must, and I believe are prepared to, confront the voices of evil head on."
