A £1.3m development of affordable family homes has been unveiled.
The £1.3 million development comprises eight three-bedroom and three two-bedroom homes.
Each home is fitted with energy efficient central heating systems and new kitchens and bathrooms designed to meet the needs of modern family living.
Every property has a private driveway, gardens and outside store/bin units.
The houses are the latest development by the Housing Association, which was made possible due to £1.3m by the Government’s Homes and Communities Agency and Sadeh Lok itself aspart of the Incommunities Housing Group.
Mother of three young children, Kelly Cartwright, has moved into Bulay Road. She had previously lived in housing association accommodation at Milnsbridge.
She said: “My new home is simply stunning.”
Judith Crowther, Chair of the Sadeh Lok Board, said: “I’m really pleased to see Sadeh Lok is once again building much needed affordable homes in Kirklees.
“It is great to see that every home has quickly been let and that the feedback from customers moving in has been so positive.”
