A MAN is to be arrested after failing to turn up for his court appearance.
Michael Hughes, 39, was due before Huddersfield magistrates yesterday. Hughes, of Willwood Avenue, Oakes, is charged with theft from Marsh Co-op.
He is alleged to have stolen three tobacco pouches, worth £24.40, from the store on June 24.
