TWO Huddersfield boys are appearing in classic children's play Peter Pan.
Edward Midgley, seven, and William Rogers, six, are appearing in the play at Halifax Civic Theatre.
Edward, of Lepton, and William, of Almondbury, are both playing members of The Lost Boys - the gang of children led by Peter Pan in the mythical kingdom of Neverland.
The two boys - both pupils at Lepton CE Junior, Infant and Nursery School - auditioned for their parts in September.
William's mother Vanessa Rogers said: "They both really enjoy singing and dancing.
"They were absolutely delighted when they found out they would be in the show.
"I have been to see the performance and it's a great show."
William and Edward are appearing in six showings of the play, which started on December 13 and runs until January 3.
Peter Pan is being staged by Hammond Theatre Group and stars Justin Vanderhyde as Peter Pan and 1960s TV star Jess Conard as his nemesis Captain Hook.
Tickets cost £7 for children and £8.50 for adults. They are available from the booking office or by calling 01422 351158.
