A PENSIONER threatened to smash windows at his daughter’s house, a court heard.
Charles Richardson, 70, appeared before Kirklees magistrates yesterday.
He admitted disorderly behaviour on November 7.
Vanessa Schofield, prosecuting, said that Richardson was witnessed outside the address in Ravensthorpe.
He was seen shouting and threatening to smash the windows.
Police were called and he was arrested.
Magistrates were told that he had been living with his daughter following his release from prison.
But due to problems between them she had asked him to leave.
Richardson, who has mental health problems, told officers that he had gone to collect his clothes.
Magistrates fined him £50. They also ordered Richardson, of William Street in Ravensthorpe, to pay £85 costs and £20 victim surcharge.
