STAFF at the Pets at Home stores in Huddersfield are aiming to raise more money than ever for Support Adoption For Pets.
The charity was set up by the retail chain and they hope to raise £1m for the year.
Support Adoption For Pets will see store teams busy running pet adoption workshops along with fun activities to raise awareness and funds for a variety of deserving animal charities.
The workshops have been designed to increase both awareness of pet adoption and knowledge of how to care for pets looking for a new home.
Along with the workshops, the Huddersfield store on the Great Northern Retail Park will be organising a variety of fundraising activities.
Store Manager Natasha Slennett said: “We’re really looking forward to our fundraising week as it gives us a chance to raise awareness of pet adoption.”
