Kirklees police have shared two photos of “unique” industrial metal alloy products stolen from a commercial premises on Hightown Road in Cleckheaton as an appeal for witnesses to come forward.

The theft happened between 6pm on Tuesday January 19 and 7.15am on Wednesday January 20 and a number of large and heavy items were stolen.

They include a metal bib nose valve and a metal rota blade. The sizes vary but most are approximately six inches high.

Det Con Oliver Coates, of Kirklees CID, said: “These items are heavy and it will have taken a number of people to move them and a vehicle will have been used to transport them.

“I am appealing directly to anyone who saw a vehicle acting suspiciously in the area to get in contact.

“I would also appeal directly to anyone who has seen the items or been offered them for sale to call police.”
