A man is in hospital and two men have been arrested after a firearms incident in Paddock last night.
Police firearms officers were called to Church Street, Paddock around midnight after reports of gun shots being heard.
A police spokesman confirmed a man in his 30s suffered non-life threatening injuries and is being treated at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary.

A wide area near Paddock Head roundabout has since been sealed off.
Uniformed officers are this morning standing guard at shops in North Street.
