Police helicopter scrambled in search for missing Berry Brow boy

The 10-year-old had last been seen in a playground on Fair Lea Road, Taylor Hill, at around 6.30pm yesterday

A missing boy sparked a police helicopter search last night.

The 10-year-old had last been seen in a playground on Fair Lea Road, Taylor Hill, at around 6.30pm yesterday.

The West Yorkshire Police helicopter was scrambled last night while police made door-to-door enquiries around Taylor Hill and Berry Brow.

The boy was found safe and well in the small hours of this morning.
